Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located near downtown and old Sacramento, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, suitable for handicapped persons, but could be improved for non-handicapped guests. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some issues at check-out. The dining options were good, and the facilities met our needs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the parking was a hassle, and I had to pay for it. The convenience of availability when I wanted to come back was a plus for me.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was great, with easy access to the city. The rooms, though small and dated, were surprisingly super clean. The service was a mixed bag - mostly friendly and professional, but encountered some rudeness at check-out. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was great for walking or scootering to Old Sac, and it was centralized to many Sacramento attractions, but the room was really small compared to others at a lower price. Additionally, having to pay an extra $40 for parking was a downside. The noise from the street and freeway traffic outside was quite bothersome.
